CowTown Audio is a recording studio and full service audio production company based in Sacramento California. The owner Roy Bullard has worked on thousands of projects as a producer and or voice talent.

Roy first started in media at the age of 12 producing a weekly public access show featuring local Sacramento Bands with live performances. Since then he has trained with several industry known mentors and talents. Most recently Roy attended San Francisco Voice Acting School Voice One.  He has also mixed and produced several records for bands over his nearly 30 year career.

While Roy is available for voice over work he also works as a production manager utilizing many types of voice talents. If his voice is not the perfect fit for your job he can match you with one you will work for your project.
